1 – MAKE A HOUSEHOLD AIR FRESHENER WITH BICARBONATE
A liquid solution made with baking soda can potentially replace air purifying scent bombs.
To make the mixture, first dissolve 2 teaspoons of baking soda in half a liter of hot water. Afterwards, add at least 10 drops of lemon essential oil. To finish, simply place everything in a spray bottle to spray it inside the house.
2 – BICARBONATE BATHROOM CLEANER: THE RECIPE
Fill a spray bottle with:
2 cups of water.
2 tablespoons of liquid soap.
2 tablespoons of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of tea tree, lemon or eucalyptus essential oil.
Shake before use.
3 – DOPE YOUR LAUNDRY WITH A SINGLE INGREDIENT

Adding baking soda to the usual amount of liquid laundry detergent you use will result in “whiter whites” and brighter colors. Baking soda will also soften the water, so you can use less laundry soap.
Add 125 ml (1/2 cup) of baking soda in top-loading machines, 60 ml (1/4 cup) in front-loading machines.
4 – DISHWASHER TABLETS
You will need
2 tablespoons of soda crystals.
½ cup citric acid.
2 cups of baking soda.
20 drops of an essential oil of your choice.
½ cup coarse salt (optional).
A little water.
Instructions
Mix the baking soda, soda crystals, citric acid and coarse salt in a bowl, and using a sprayer, moisten your mixture with a little water, while stirring.
Continue adding water until you obtain a compact powdery texture. Then, fill the compartments of your ice cube tray with this mixture and pack it well to have compact pellets.
Let it sit for 24 hours in the fridge and then turn the ice cube tray over to loosen your tablets.
